Reopening of border checkpoint

The EU Commission has positively assessed the review of the re-naming of the RP-Hahn Airport border control point.

In addition, the EU Commission has informed us that the change has been taken into account in the EU TRACES-NT database. It has also pointed out that there was no "plant health" activity for this inspection body and that the new code DEHNH4PH was therefore created. 

The BMF also gave its consent to the renaming of the border inspection post in accordance with Section 12 of the Plant Health Act on 27.03.2024.

The necessary import formalities for issuing a valid Common Health Entry Document (CHED) are therefore fulfilled - the requirements for the clearance of goods deliveries for plant inspection are also met again.
